Description

Lead functional testing for commercial banking products across the end-to-end lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements, test scenarios, and execution plans with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with development teams to identify defects, track resolutions, and define testing requirements.
• Develop and enhance automation frameworks, managing complete CI/CD integration.
• Establish QA metrics and KPIs to measure testing effectiveness and drive process improvements.
• Communicate progress and technical challenges to stakeholders across the organization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of manual testing experience within the commercial banking domain.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience using LoanIQ.
• Deep knowledge of commercial banking industry regulations, trends, and best practices.
• Proven experience in automation of consumer banking test cases.
• Experience with framework development and enhancements.
• Experience managing and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and testing tools.
• Degree in Engineering, Finance, Science, or Business Administration.
