Description

You will design, implement, and optimize scalable data solutions on Google Cloud Platform for business analytics.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable data pipelines using Google Cloud technologies.
• Oversee data integration from various sources using Cloud Pub/Sub and Datastream.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts to process data and enhance quality.
• Optimize BigQuery queries and data models to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure operational reliability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on cloud technologies.
• Expertise in Python programming for data processing and automation.
• In-depth knowledge of BigQuery and Google Cloud Big Data services.
• Proficiency with GCP services for building scalable data solutions.
• Strong experience using GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Cloud Pub/Sub and Datastream for real-time data streaming.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
