Description

You will design, build, and maintain data integration and extraction solutions within a Google Cloud Platform environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver data integration and extraction solutions using ETL tools and Data Warehouse platforms.
• Migrate legacy ETL jobs from Informatica, Talend, or DataStage into Dataflow or Dataproc.
• Implement and manage Data Lake and Data Warehouse architectures.
• Migrate data workflows into CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical data problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering roles.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, specifically BigQuery.
• 3-5 years of experience implementing Data Warehouses and Data Lakes.
• Proficiency in SQL and Linux/Unix shell scripting.
• Experience with Teradata or other Data Warehouse platforms.
• Practical knowledge of data modeling and database design.
• Experience working within Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Looker Studio.
• Proficiency in Python.
