Description

Lead data warehouse and data lake implementations within the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver data integration and extraction solutions using ETL tools and BigQuery.
• Convert existing ETL jobs from Informatica, Talend, or DataStage into Dataflow or Dataproc.
• Migrate data workflows into CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems within the data warehousing ecosystem.
• Collaborate within Agile environments to implement data modeling and database design.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in Data Warehouse and Data Lake implementation.
• 3-5 years of experience with Google Cloud Platform, specifically BigQuery.
• 3-5 years of experience converting ETL jobs (Informatica, Talend, or DataStage) to Dataflow or Dataproc.
• Proficiency in SQL and Linux/Unix shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or DataStage.
• Experience with Dataflow and Dataproc.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and database design.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Teradata.
