Description

Architect and implement generative AI models for text, image, audio, and multimodal applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Fine-tune and optimize large language models for domain-specific tasks.
• Develop pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world applications.
• Ensure AI systems meet performance, scalability, and ethical standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and apply relevant advancements from generative AI research.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning.
• 2+ years focused on generative AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Experience with LLMs, diffusion models, or reinforcement learning.
• Expertise in distributed training and model optimization.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Practical knowledge of MLOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• Ability to translate research into practical solutions.
