Description

You will provide technical support and infrastructure maintenance for a Generative AI platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot AI/ML model inference and training pipeline bottlenecks to ensure scalability and fault tolerance.
• Optimize data pipeline resilience and model performance for real-time use cases.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve deployment processes and implement automated testing.
• Monitor platform performance, manage logs, and implement optimization strategies.
• Provide technical support to platform users and document solutions for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in support and maintenance roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Shell Scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Experience troubleshooting services deployed on Kubernetes and using Docker for containerization.
• Experience managing DevOps Build/Release pipelines and infrastructure requirements.
• Practical knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience provisioning cloud services using Terraform.
• Proficiency in database management using SQL and NoSQL.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of OpenAI technologies.
• Experience provisioning Gen AI Cloud Services specifically on AWS or Azure.
