You will build and productionize Generative AI applications and machine learning pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Gen AI solutions including RAG, prompt engineering, and LLM-based evaluators.
• Design, train, and deploy scalable ML models in production environments.
• Orchestrate ML pipelines using Azure ML and Databricks with CI/CD practices.
• Monitor model performance and optimize for latency and accuracy.
• Communicate technical findings and drive problem-solving across diverse teams.

Required Skills

• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (CS, Data Science, Statistics, etc.).
• 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Data Science.
• Production-grade Python proficiency (modularization, testing, performance tuning).
• Hands-on experience with Azure ML and Databricks.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with ML lifecycle tools like MLflow.
• Practical knowledge of statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with feature engineering and data representation.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge in the airline industry.
• Consulting experience with strong verbal and written communication skills.
