Description

You will design, build, and scale agentic and generative AI solutions that integrate into enterprise products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop production-grade agentic solutions using Google ADK, LangChain, and LangGraph with explicit state-machine orchestration.
• Design and deploy AI-enabled services using LLMs, RAG, and vector databases for semantic retrieval and embedding-based search.
• Engineer secure tool execution patterns, including service-to-service calls, least privilege, and auditability.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, monitor model drift, and ensure operational hygiene for AI lifecycle needs.
• Lead moderately complex initiatives, contribute to technical strategy, and serve as an escalation point for less experienced staff.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on engineering in Java and/or Python with 5+ years of experience building production services.
• Experience building and operating vector databases and implementing RAG patterns for enterprise knowledge systems.
• Proficiency with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and container ecosystems.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and test-centric methodologies (TDD/BDD).
• Knowledge of event streaming or messaging technologies such as Kafka.
• Ability to design safe controls including human-in-the-loop approvals and policy guardrails for agentic systems.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications and systems.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with financial services technologies and regulated environments.
