Description

Design and develop scalable GenAI systems, integrating AI into enterprise applications to solve complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-modal RAG systems and agentic designs for enterprise solutions.
• Integrate AI models into existing applications and workflows to ensure seamless functionality.
• Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to prepare datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Monitor and optimize model performance, adjusting parameters for accuracy and efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and document processes, models, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML.
• Strong knowledge of NLP, LLM application development, and Agentic Design.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or R.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying ML models.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with deep learning techniques and neural networks.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
