Description

Lead the development and deployment of large-scale NLP and Generative AI systems for production customers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and release professional NLP/AI software to production environments.
• Develop scalable systems for training and evaluating machine learning and deep learning models.
• Deploy models for large-scale inference and implement optimization techniques.
• Ship production-grade products and contribute to technical publications or patents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience building and releasing NLP/AI software.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building scalable training and evaluation systems for ML/DL models.
• Expertise in state-of-the-art NLP algorithms, Foundation models, and Multi-modal LLMs.
• Experience with Multi-modal contrastive learning, Diffusion-based models, and parameter-efficient fine-tuning of LLMs.
• Knowledge of inference speed-up techniques such as speculative decoding and optimization for human preferences.
• Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, LangChain, and vectorDB.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tools including Airflow and GitLab.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and monitoring with Grafana.
• Experience with Big Data management using Spark and Kafka.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record of shipping commercial products and technical publications or patents.
