You will drive end-to-end model development and deployment for generative AI applications, managing the full lifecycle from research to production monitoring.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end model development lifecycle, ensuring reproducible research and software delivery best practices.
• Translate complex business problems into projects with defined scope, ensuring timely deliverables.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate and deploy AI/ML solutions into production environments.
• Lead technical adoption efforts, communicating concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Break down complex problems and formulate R&D plans as a technical leader.

Required Skills

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a national security clearance.
• 3+ years practical experience building AI/ML products and applications.
• Proficiency in Python and solid software engineering/coding skills.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies: RAG patterns, ReAct, LangChain, or OpenAI.
• Experience designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• 8+ years total engineering experience.
• Experience with knowledge graphs or information extraction.
