Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and support of new application builds within a global delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical and functional solution discussions with customers to provide architectural thought leadership.
• Architect and implement fault-tolerant, highly available services with a focus on observability, traceability, and monitoring.
• Develop well-written API documentation and manage two-way communications via websocket implementation.
• Execute various testing phases including unit, regression, and load testing.
• Participate in all Agile scrum ceremonies and collaborate within diverse stakeholder environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 4+ years of experience in Agile scrum software development processes.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Golang, specifically concurrency implementations and Goroutines.
• Proficiency with Golang frameworks such as Gorilla or Gin.
• Experience implementing websockets for device-to-server communication.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows OS.
• Experience in the payment domain and working with payment devices.
• Proven ability to review, rework, and deliver high-quality code.
• 4+ years of client-facing experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of JIRA.
