Description

Lead the architecture, development, and administration of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud environments. You will define content models, govern platform capabilities, and ensure scalability across digital channels. This role requires deep expertise in AEM SaaS administration, OSGi services, and integrations with front-end technologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the AEM domain expert for content architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices.
• Lead AEM SaaS administration activities, including user access, permissions, environments, workflows, and basic configuration.
• Define and govern content models, templates, components, and taxonomy aligned with business and UX needs.
• Collaborate with UX, Product, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into AEM-ready designs.
• Ensure adherence to governance, security, compliance, and accessibility standards while supporting content authors.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in AEM Cloud development, customization, and configuration.
• In-depth knowledge of AEM architecture: Assets, Sling APIs, Sites API, Content Delivery API, GraphQL APIs, Schedulers, OSGi services, and workflows.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
• Proven experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM) or related fields in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on expertise in developing complex, large-scale enterprise applications with capacity planning and performance optimization.
• Solid foundation in software design, data structures, algorithms, and debugging skills.
• Ability to balance conflicting constraints and make rapid decisions in high-pressure environments.
