Description

You will design and build large-scale enterprise applications, acting as the domain expert for platform architecture, content models, and system stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop complex, scalable services using Golang and AEM Cloud.
• Lead AEM SaaS administration, including user access, permissions, environments, and workflows.
• Define and govern content models, templates, and taxonomy aligned with business needs.
• Drive content design standards and reusability across multiple digital channels.
• Optimize platform performance, conduct capacity planning, and resolve high-pressure issues.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Golang for backend development.
• Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud development, customization, and configuration.
• In-depth knowledge of AEM architecture: Assets, Sling APIs, Sites API, Content Delivery API, GraphQL, Schedulers, OSGi services, and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
• Proven experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM) principles and metadata standards.
• Solid foundation in software design, data structures, algorithms, and debugging.
• 6+ years of experience in capacity planning, continuous performance improvements, and systems life cycle management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience balancing conflicting constraints and making rapid decisions in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to collaborate with UX, Product, and Marketing teams to translate requirements into AEM-ready designs.
