Description

You will design, develop, and debug software for Guidewire PolicyCenter technical areas, owning complete software solutions for large insurance carriers.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complete software solutions for Guidewire PolicyCenter, applying coding standards, best practices, and design patterns.
• Lead system modernizations and transformations for large insurance carriers.
• Manage configuration, integration, and debugging within the Guidewire ecosystem.
• Collaborate within SAFe Agile/Scrum environments to deliver technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Guidewire product experience, specifically in PolicyCenter.
• 7+ years of experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, preferably GW Cloud.
• 5+ years of experience in the Property & Casualty insurance domain.
• Extensive configuration experience using Gosu, PCF, Data model, and GUnit.
• Hands-on experience with Advanced Product Designer and Dwelling LOB.
• Proficiency with TeamCity, Bitbucket, and qtest.
• In-depth knowledge of coding standards, review processes, and branching/merging strategies.
• Guidewire professional or associate certification (ACE) is required.
• Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter V10 and above.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter.
