Description

You will administer, manage, and support large Hadoop node clusters in production environments. You provide L2/L3 production support, monitor cluster performance, and perform root cause analysis for troubleshooting. You handle incidents, service requests, and operational issues with strong ownership. You collaborate with business users and technical teams to resolve production issues and ensure adherence to SLAs and operational best practices. You participate in on-call and support rotations as required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage large Hadoop node clusters in production.

Required Skills

• Hadoop Administration with extensive experience in Hadoop production support.
• Minimum 7+ years of L2 Hadoop Admin support experience.
• Hands-on experience managing large Hadoop clusters in production.
• Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with on-call and support rotations.
