Description

You will administer, manage, and support large Hadoop node clusters in production environments while providing L2/L3 production support.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage large Hadoop node clusters in production.
• Provide L2/L3 production support and monitor cluster performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Handle incidents and service requests with strong ownership.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve production issues and ensure SLA adherence.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Hadoop Administration experience.
• Extensive experience in Hadoop production support.
• Hands-on experience managing large Hadoop clusters in production.
• Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with on-call and support rotations.
