Description

You will provide functional technology support for enterprise HCM applications, acting as a Workday and ATS consultant. You will design, develop, implement, and support these applications while managing projects and gathering business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support enterprise-level HCM applications.
• Gather and define detailed business requirements by working directly with end-users.
• Manage projects using established project management principles.
• Maintain and query complex database structures using SQL.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of functional experience in technology support with an emphasis on HCM applications.
• Proficiency with SQL and managing complex database structures.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise applications.
• Proven experience in project management and associated principles.
• Experience with Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 6+ years of experience with HCM cloud-based products including Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP, or ICIMS.
• 3+ years of experience in Benefits, Core HR, Recruiting, or Compensation functional areas.
• 3+ years of experience managing system interfaces between HCM and external systems.
