You will serve as a functional expert supporting enterprise HCM applications and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise HCM applications.
• Collaborate with users to define and develop business requirements.
• Manage projects using established project management principles.
• Maintain and query complex database structures using SQL.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of functional technology support experience focused on HCM applications.
• Proficiency with SQL and complex database structures.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-level applications.
• Strong background in project management principles.
• Experience with Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP.
• Knowledge of HCM, HR analytics, and SQL.

Preferred Skills

• 6+ years of experience with HCM cloud-based products such as Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP, or ICIMS.
• 3+ years of experience in Benefits, Core HR, Recruiting, or Compensation.
• 3+ years of experience managing system interfaces between HCM and external systems.
