Description

You will own the analysis, documentation, and implementation of business requirements for healthcare interface systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for instrument interface systems with lab users and supervisors.
• Create functional requirement specifications (FRS) and secure business sign-off on requirements and customizations.
• Coordinate with development, architecture, and QA teams to implement requirements through UAT and deployment.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test scripts and coordinating sign-offs.
• Resolve business queries regarding workflow data execution and manage stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in healthcare or laboratory systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of lab workflows, instrument interfaces, and system integrations.
• Hands-on experience writing Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).
• Experience creating UAT test scripts and managing UAT cycles.
• Proven stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve complex workflow and data issues.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments.
