Description

You will lead data conversion efforts for HR and Payroll migrations from CGI to Oracle Cloud. You own the end-to-end migration of legacy data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Responsibilities

• Execute data conversion processes to migrate CGI legacy data into Oracle Cloud environments.
• Map legacy HR and Payroll functionalities to corresponding Oracle Cloud structures.
• Run reconciliation reports on extracted, transformed, and loaded data to verify accuracy.
• Perform reverse mapping between Oracle table structures and CGI systems.

Required Skills

• 15 years of experience in data conversion with mandatory CGI to Oracle Cloud migration expertise.
• 15 years of experience with SQL and ETL processes.
• Hands-on techno-functional experience with all HR and Payroll functionalities in CGI.
• Proficiency in HDL and FBDI.
• Deep understanding of Oracle table structures and reverse mapping.
• Expertise in data mining, data structures, schemas, and applicable file structures.
• Proficiency with JIRA.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
