Description

Manage technical support, planning, design, development, and upgrades for financial software systems. Oversee the full lifecycle of implementation updates and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Manage tactical plans for implementing updates, fixes, and enhancements, including timelines and documentation.
• Identify and resolve IT and technical issues related to the financial system.
• Supervise critical path activities to troubleshoot or escalate issues as needed.
• Analyze requested system changes to ensure intended impact and prioritize implementation.
• Coordinate with Database Services, IT, and Technology Project teams to resolve issues quickly.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical management or project management roles.
• In-depth working knowledge of Financials ERP software.
• Technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience managing planning, design, and development lifecycles.
• Proven ability to manage programs involving full lifecycles.
• Strong critical thinking skills using logic and analysis to identify approach strengths and weaknesses.
• Ability to manage varied workloads and stressful situations as a people manager.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Experience coordinating documentation for audits, including FTA, state, and independent reviews.
