Description

You will architect and lead enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, aligning technical implementation with security policies and business goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, de-provisioning, RBAC, and PAM.
• Lead integration of IAM platforms with enterprise applications such as ERP, LIMS, HRIS, and cloud services.
• Evaluate and select IAM/IGA technologies, conducting vendor assessments, proof-of-concepts, and roadmap development.
• Develop and enforce IAM policies, including authentication protocols, federation, and MFA.
• Monitor and optimize IAM performance to ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IAM/IGA architecture, preferably in regulated industries.
• Deep expertise in IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Azure AD, or ForgeRock.
• Strong understanding of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), directory services, and cloud identity models.
• Experience with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOX, GDPR) and audit processes.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Infrastructure, Compliance, HR, and R&D.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific IAM credentials.
