Description

You will manage Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes to ensure compliance and data integrity across the organization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certification.
• Collaborate with application teams to validate user extracts against identity solutions and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate periodic access reviews and provide documentation for SOX and SOC-related audit requests.
• Develop and maintain governance policies, standards, and process documentation.
• Identify process inefficiencies and partner with technical teams to implement optimizations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst on complex, cross-functional projects.
• Proven experience in identity governance, administration, or data validation.
• Hands-on experience running SQL queries to investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
• Proficiency with Visio and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze complex concepts and probe data to find actionable information.
• Experience working with centralized and de-centralized application governance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IAM software such as SailPoint, Okta, or Microsoft Identity Manager.
• Relevant certifications in identity and access management or data governance.
• Experience creating metrics and dashboards.
