Description

You will design, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management solutions covering authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom scripts and automation tools using Java, PowerShell, Python, Shell, or Perl to streamline IAM operations.
• Configure and integrate IAM platforms including Okta, Microsoft Active Directory (On-Prem & Azure AD).
• Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and identity federation protocols.
• Build connectors between IAM tools and internal/external systems.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and maintain detailed documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or Cybersecurity roles.
• Hands-on development with scripting languages: Java, Python, Shell, PowerShell, or Perl.
• Practical knowledge of IAM platforms: Okta, SailPoint, BeyondTrust, Microsoft AD, Azure AD.
• Understanding of identity federation protocols: SAML, OAuth, OIDC, WebAuthn.
• Experience managing access reviews, compliance audits, and governance frameworks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues and incidents.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call support rotation.
