Description

Lead enterprise Identity and Access Management and Public Key Infrastructure design, integration, and governance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own complex IAM/PKI program design, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Define IAM policies, procedures, and governance for non-centralized functions.
• Lead proof of concept initiatives, product selection, and solution deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create technical roadmaps and establish centralized IAM services.
• Manage technical vendor relationships and provide escalated administrative support.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• 5+ years of experience with multi-factor authentication platforms.
• 5+ years of experience with authentication, authorization, and directory platforms.
• Extensive experience designing and configuring third-party integrations using SAML.
• Strong understanding of role-based access, least privilege, and segregation of duties.
• Development experience in Java, J2EE, and JavaScript.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ForgeRock products (AM, DS, IG, IDM) and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with AWS and ForgeRock implementation on SaaS.
