Description

Lead the technical roadmap and implementation of enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define IAM policies, procedures, and best practices for IAM and PKI.
• Own complex program design, testing, debugging, and documentation for IAM solutions.
• Lead proof of concept initiatives, product selection, and deployment of IAM and PKI solutions.
• Integrate user experience considerations into all program designs and final solutions.
• Facilitate the adoption of the latest authentication and authorization protocols across peer groups.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• 5+ years of experience with multi-factor authentication platforms.
• 5+ years of experience with various authentication and authorization solutions and directory platforms.
• Extensive experience designing and configuring Third Party integrations using SAML.
• In-depth understanding of authentication, authorization, role-based access, least privilege, and segregation of duties.
• Proven track record troubleshooting issues related to identities, access, accounts, authentication, and entitlements.
• Development experience in Java/J2EE and JavaScript.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly ramp on different IAM Technology stacks.
• Experience with AWS.
