Description

You will design, test, and maintain enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) and PKI solutions, including authentication flows and governance policies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own complex program design, debugging, and documentation for IAM and PKI systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the technical roadmap for core IAM functions.
• Implement new requirements and lead proof of concept initiatives, including product selection and deployment.
• Provide Level 4 escalated administrative support and troubleshoot identity, access, and entitlement issues.
• Define IAM governance requirements and policies while ensuring user experience is integrated into program design.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• 5+ years of experience with multi-factor authentication (MFA) platforms.
• 5+ years of experience with authentication, authorization, and directory platforms.
• Extensive experience designing and configuring third-party integrations using SAML.
• Strong development experience in Java/J2EE and JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of role-based access, least privilege, and segregation of duties.
• Experience working within Agile practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ForgeRock products (AM, DS, IG, IDM) and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with AWS and ForgeRock implementation on SaaS.
• Experience with monitoring tools: CloudWatch, RockMon, AppDynamics, DataDog, or ELK Kibana.
