Description

Lead the design and implementation of the Privileged Access Management (PAM) ecosystem as the Subject Matter Expert for Delinea Secret Server and Privilege Manager.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Eliminate standing privileges and secure critical credentials using the Delinea suite.
• Lead end-to-end implementation and scaling of Delinea Secret Server and Privilege Manager.
• Design and maintain secret heartbeat, Remote Password Changing (RPC), and check-out/check-in workflows.
• Configure policies in Delinea Privilege Manager to enforce Least Privilege across endpoints.
• Integrate Delinea with Active Directory, SIEM (Sentinel), and ServiceNow to automate lifecycle management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• 3+ years focused specifically on Delinea (formerly Thycotic).
• Deep technical knowledge of Secret Server (Distributed Engines, Secret Policies) and Privilege Manager (Application Control, Elevation).
• Strong experience with Azure PIM, Conditional Access, and Managed Identities.
• Proficiency in PowerShell or Python to automate API calls and bulk-import secrets.
• Proficiency in SQL to generate required reports.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and GPOs.
• Experience securing infrastructure and cloud environments against credential theft.
