Description

You will own the design, development, and enhancement of the organization's Identity and Access Management program, ensuring strict alignment with security policies and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and support of IAM solutions including Privileged Access Management (PAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, and business stakeholders to improve the security posture and mitigate identity-related risks.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead complex IAM projects from inception to completion.
• Participate in governance and compliance efforts while providing on-call support to ensure continuous security improvements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or related fields with a focus on IAM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, Entra, and AWS Cloud Identity.
• Proficiency in implementing PAM, SSO, Directory Services, IGA, and MFA solutions.
• Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols including OAuth2.0, SAML, LDAP, Kerberos, and XACML.
• Understanding of IAM governance frameworks, compliance standards, and user lifecycle management processes.
