Description

You will drive the design, development, and enhancement of the organization's IAM program, ensuring alignment with security policies and regulatory standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and support of IAM solutions including PAM, SSO, IGA, and MFA.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead complex IAM projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, and business stakeholders to improve security posture and mitigate identity-related risks.
• Participate in governance, compliance efforts, and on-call support to ensure continuous security improvements.
• Manage user lifecycle management processes and ensure adherence to IAM governance frameworks.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or related fields with a focus on IAM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, Entra, and AWS Cloud Identity.
• Proficiency in implementing PAM, SSO, Directory Services, IGA, and MFA.
• Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols including OAuth2.0, SAML, LDAP, Kerberos, and XACML.
• Understanding of IAM governance frameworks and compliance standards.
