You will own the development, documentation, and implementation of IAM processes, workflows, and security requirements.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document existing IAM processes, workflows, and security policies within the current toolset.
- Translate business and security requirements into technical configurations within Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools.
- Develop automation for policies and business rules to streamline identity lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Information Security to align IAM policies with organizational security standards.
- Participate in IAM audits and develop reports to identify potential risks and support compliance.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in identity and access management.
- Hands-on experience configuring SailPoint (IdentityNow), specifically in role management, workflow, reporting, and entitlement modules.
- Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management, identity governance, RBAC, and privileged access management (PAM).
- Experience with access management tools such as Azure AD and Ping Identity.
- Proficiency in Java and SQL.
- Experience using Jira and Bitbucket for development workflows.
- Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, and directory services.
- Ability to use data query, analytics, and modeling techniques to inform IAM guidelines.
Preferred Skills
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience converting complex business requirements into IAM tool specifications for large-scale environments.
