Description

You will design, implement, and maintain Oracle Identity Manager (OIM 12c) solutions to manage identity lifecycle and access governance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize OIM 12c connectors for Active Directory, LDAP, and RACF.
• Implement RBAC and PBAC policies, including provisioning, SSO, MFA, and SoD controls.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations for system connectivity.
• Perform SQL queries and database management to support IAM data operations.
• Troubleshoot identity issues and optimize system performance using analytical skills.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM 12c).
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts: RBAC, PBAC, provisioning, SSO, MFA, SoD.
• Experience with OIM connectors: Active Directory, LDAP, RACF.
• Proficiency in SQL and database knowledge.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for complex identity issues.
