Description

Lead the technical roadmap and deployment of the IAM solution as the senior subject matter expert.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead proof of concept, product selection, and deployment of the IAM solution.
• Develop and update the technical roadmap by collaborating with internal technical stakeholders.
• Define policies and procedures for IAM functions and establish a centralized IAM service.
• Design, test, debug, and document complex programs while incorporating user experience considerations.
• Perform capacity planning, infrastructure analysis, and troubleshoot complex cross-platform issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
• 5+ years of experience with multiple authentication, authorization, and directory platforms.
• 3+ years of experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Extensive experience designing and configuring third-party integrations using SAML.
• Expertise in authentication, authorization, role-based access, least privilege, and segregation of duties.
• Proven ability to lead troubleshooting for identities, accounts, entitlements, and permissions.
• Experience migrating from Microsoft Identity Manager to equivalent identity management solutions.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Identity Manager synchronization service, password change notification service, and connectors.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Access Management and Microsoft Identity Manager.
• Any Graduate education.
