Description

You will manage identity and access lifecycle processes for the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret the organization's enablement matrix against functional positions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define individual access requirements based on roles.
• Refine access matrices by working with application administrators, functional leads, and technical support.
• Initiate user provisioning and execute deprovisioning actions following role changes or departures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing workflows in SailPoint ISC, applying break/fix actions per change control.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Proficiency with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Experience administering Active Directory.
• Familiarity with SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (SAP GRC).
• Experience managing access control and provisioning/deprovisioning lifecycles.
• Knowledge of SailPoint operations and system maintenance.
