Description

Design and implement identity and access management solutions using the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform. Own the full development lifecycle from requirement gathering to ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, including workflows and access controls.
• Create custom connectors, integration points, and custom code to support identity governance.
• Design identity management processes such as user provisioning and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Translate business requirements into technical IAM implementations and troubleshoot technical issues.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in IAM and SailPoint development.
• Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ core components and functionalities.
• Strong programming skills in Java and JSP.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Scripting expertise in PowerShell or Python.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL for data management.
• Experience working with web services, including SOAP and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of security principles and regulatory compliance such as GDPR and HIPAA.
• Ability to implement RBAC and identity governance frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline, or equivalent experience.
