Description

Lead intelligent automation and process improvement initiatives across PBM and Retail business units.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate automation activities to enhance operations and client satisfaction.
• Evaluate technologies and processes to provide strategic business recommendations.
• Manage multiple projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and resource allocation.
• Partner with business analysts and technical leads to define methodologies and solve business problems.
• Define the future direction for business automation and oversee proof of concept deliveries.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business operational improvement and process leadership.
• Technical background with the ability to work with minimal training or supervision.
• Experience in heavy process improvement and conflict management.
• Ability to analyze and decrypt complex processes from both business and technical perspectives.
• Knowledge of ML, NLP, and DL.
• Experience working within the healthcare sector.
• Proven ability to document and communicate program objectives and milestones to stakeholders.
