Description

You will manage and maintain technical infrastructure and architectural standards for the Enterprise IT Organization, focusing on Microsoft-based identity and access management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory and Azure Active Directory features and infrastructure.
• Design, test, and lead Microsoft Active Directory consolidation, including merger and acquisition scenarios.
• Lead Identity Management initiatives involving Azure Policy, RBAC, AD Connect, and authentication protocols.
• Provide technical assistance for single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in technical knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in information technology or equivalent technical experience.
• Deep knowledge of Windows Server (2008-2019+) and Active Directory infrastructure, administration, and delegation.
• Experience with AD domain migration tools such as ADMT, Quest, Binary Tree, or NetIQ.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AD, Office 365, and Azure tenant management.
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Group Policy.
• Technical expertise in DNS, DHCP, and Public Key Certificate Infrastructure (PKI/Certificate Authorities).
• Experience with authentication protocols including OAuth 2 and SAML via Okta or ADFS.
• Knowledge of Microsoft ILM/FIM/MIM, RBAC, and Azure Policy.
• Experience managing virtualized environments using VMWare or Hyper-V.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with disaster recovery software and processes.
• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
