Description

You will own the development and testing of Informatica PowerCenter mappings and workflows to support data warehousing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build complex Informatica mappings, workflows, sessions, and parameter files.
• Implement SCD Type 1 and Type 2 mapping logic.
• Design and manage data warehousing structures, including dimensions, facts, and data marts.
• Execute debugging, analysis, and testing throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage code through GIT repositories and follow DevOps processes via Jira stories.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter development.
• Deep knowledge of RDBMS and complex SQL, including DML, DDL, and Views.
• Strong data modeling skills covering dimensions, facts, and keys.
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Putty commands.
• Proficiency with GIT for branching, pushing, and version control.
• Experience with software development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Solid debugging and system analysis capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, or Azure.
• Knowledge of Python, Teradata, or PowerBI.
