Description

You will design and develop data integration workflows using Informatica PowerCenter for a contract role in Pittsburgh, PA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and data integration workflows.
• Implement web service integrations using REST, SOAP, and established design patterns.
• Optimize relational database storage and retrieval processes for performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ETL issues and data integration defects.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members on coding standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica ETL development.
• Strong proficiency in designing and consuming REST and SOAP web services.
• Deep understanding of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL).
• Proven experience in a lead role with mentorship responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in complex data flows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
