Description

You will own security analysis and risk mitigation across IT and product lifecycles.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Monitor evolving threat landscapes and proactively recommend mitigation strategies to strengthen security posture.
• Manage security assessments, documentation, and incident response processes with high attention to detail.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between Cloud Ops, Engineering, and IT teams to align on security priorities.
• Lead security initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business and compliance goals.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of experience in information security, focused on IT and product security.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and secure SDLC.
• Familiarity with application security and vulnerability management.
• Knowledge of security/compliance frameworks (ISO 27001/27701, SOC, PCI, HIPAA).
• Understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CPRA).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• SaaS industry experience.
• CISSP or other relevant certifications.
