Description

You will serve as a hands-on engineer responsible for security engineering, administration, application security, and threat management within a hybrid On-Prem/Azure environment.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and implement security requirements throughout the application implementation lifecycle to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Perform system security administration across operating systems, applications, and network security devices including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and switches.
• Monitor and investigate security incidents using Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, and SIEM tools, providing postmortem analysis for resolved violations.
• Manage the mitigation of penetration tests and vulnerability scan findings across information systems and infrastructure.
• Design and integrate systems for account provisioning, authentication, and authorization to protect business and user data.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical experience in information security.
• 5+ years engineering secure solutions to monitor and defend against threats in hybrid On-Prem and Azure environments.
• 3+ years designing and tuning security solutions for development, applications, and platforms.
• 3+ years of experience in application security.
• Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Intune, DLP, and SIEM tools.
• Practical experience with DAST, SAST, and OWASP principles.
• Knowledge of network security including routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls, and encryption technologies.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and NIST 800-53.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems or equivalent work experience.
