Description

You will architect and manage comprehensive data center infrastructure and cloud integration strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design data center infrastructure including power, cooling, network, storage, and compute resources.
• Develop redundancy and disaster recovery architectures to ensure business continuity.
• Create long-term roadmaps for capacity expansion and hybrid or multi-cloud integration.
• Optimize data center performance, utilization, and energy efficiency metrics like PUE.
• Ensure infrastructure designs meet industry standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Partner with IT teams, facilities, and vendors to implement new technologies and modernization initiatives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data center infrastructure design and management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of power, cooling, cabling, and rack infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies and container platforms.
• Understanding of networking principles, including SDN, load balancing, and security.
• Experience with capacity planning and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and SOX.
• Proven project management experience for large-scale infrastructure initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications including CDCDP, CDCE, CDCS, or CDCP.
• Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect.
• Experience with Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools.
• Knowledge of automation, infrastructure-as-code, and energy-efficient design.
