Description

You will manage core business applications, operating systems, and infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft and non-Microsoft business applications and operating systems in Azure and AWS environments.
• Own the organization's network and security, including all devices, software, workstations, and server hardware.
• Design and deploy infrastructure, hardware, and networking solutions.
• Resolve high-level technical issues as a key member of the service department and manage outstanding technical issues through to resolution.
• Lead and manage both on-the-ground and virtual teams while maintaining accountability for departmental services.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience deploying and maintaining production applications, hardware, and networking solutions.
• Proficiency with Windows platform systems deployment and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Experience with virtualization and infrastructure availability maintenance.
• Knowledge of service-oriented architecture and interface architecture.
• Experience working with multiple solution partners and systems integrators.
• AWS and Microsoft Azure certification.
• Cisco certification.
• Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) or Microsoft Exchange expertise.

Preferred Skills

• Strong project management and team leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of systems monitoring and security protocols for applications.
