Description

You will design, operate, and automate the hybrid infrastructure supporting Linux and Windows workloads across on-premises and public cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain virtualized infrastructure using VMware vSphere, Proxmox VE, and OpenStack.
• Deploy, upgrade, and manage Kubernetes clusters (OpenShift, AKS, EKS, GKE) including CNI, ingress, and storage integration.
• Automate OS provisioning, golden images, and configuration management via scripts and cloud-init.
• Configure and administer core network services including DNS, DHCP, NTP, Active Directory, and IAM/AAA.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents across compute, network, and storage layers; drive root-cause analysis and remediation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, virtualization, and cloud operations.
• Deep expertise with VMware vSphere, Proxmox, and OpenStack for Linux and Windows workloads.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters (AKS, EKS, GKE, OpenShift).
• Strong proficiency in Azure, AWS, and GCP (compute, networking, storage, IAM, cost management).
• Administration of Cisco network switches, routers, and firewalls (VLANs, routing, VPNs, ACLs).
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, NTP, Active Directory/LDAP, and IAM/AAA security controls.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices, ServiceNow, and technical documentation (Visio, draw.io).
• Ability to produce low-level designs and manage SAN/NAS storage resources.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OS hardening, patching, and endpoint security controls.
• Knowledge of RAID, LUNs, snapshots, and backup/restore strategies.
