Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from scope definition to final delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, plan execution, and coordinate milestones with all stakeholder groups.
• Manage project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance reporting.
• Identify and secure resources, monitoring utilization and staffing requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate cross-team dependencies into actionable plans and manage risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead the change management process and build communications strategies to keep senior management informed via status reports and dashboards.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with JIRA for task and issue tracking.
• Experience using ServiceNow (SNOW) for IT service management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and communicate sensitive information tactfully.
• Experience tracking project actuals against milestones and managing resource allocations.
• Proven ability to resolve issues and manage project risks proactively.
