Lead large-scale infrastructure projects and solutions while adhering to strict project management governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Generate project schedules, identify staffing needs, and manage resource allocation.
• Complete procurement of vendor products and implementation services.
• Manage delivery efforts and report status updates to OCIO Leadership.
• Conduct project meetings, track progress, and ensure adherence to quality standards and deliverables.
• Define product strategy, vision, and roadmaps while managing backlogs and user stories.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience managing system integration projects.
• 8+ years of experience managing stakeholder expectations and priorities.
• 8+ years of experience working within formal project governance structures and methodologies.
• 8+ years of experience planning and tracking multiple major impact projects.
• 8+ years of experience building product teams, defining roadmaps, and managing backlogs.
• 8+ years of experience in process and gap analysis.
• 6+ years of experience multitasking across cross-functional environments with changing priorities.
• Functional knowledge of SOC-2, ISO, and FedRAMP certifications.
• Ability to facilitate discussions with executive-level stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data-driven decision making and defining success metrics.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and iterative, incremental workflows.
