Description

Direct cross-functional teams to deliver medium and high-complexity infrastructure projects within time, budget, and specification constraints.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3-6 simultaneous technical infrastructure projects from planning through completion.
• Direct server patch scheduling, track patch volumes, and monitor completion rates.
• Oversee the rollout of endpoint management tools and the migration of email tenants.
• Lead networking and fileshare migrations to SharePoint.
• Mitigate risks, manage change control processes, and handle project financials including budget impacts and vendor invoice processing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience managing technical infrastructure, including server patching and endpoint tool functionality.
• Experience managing email tenant migrations and fileshare to SharePoint migrations.
• Direct experience managing ERP migrations.
• Proficiency with PMBOK/PMP methodologies and SDLC.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office products and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple project teams, resource forecasting, and vendor RFP processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle ERP migrations.
• Experience managing M&A projects.
