Lead and coordinate the full lifecycle of infrastructure, security, and operations projects, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives, managing dependencies and resources to support shared program objectives.
Partner with technical teams and stakeholders to clarify goals, requirements, and priorities, fostering collaboration and alignment.
Develop, monitor, and communicate project and program plans, tracking progress and providing clear status updates.
Identify risks, including security and compliance considerations, and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard the university’s operational stability.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
8+ years of progressive experience managing IT infrastructure, network, systems, or security projects.
Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Experience introducing or maturing project management practices within technical teams with limited prior exposure to formal PM methods.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, especially with technical teams across multiple locations
