Description

You will design and develop automated monitoring functions to improve system resiliency, performance, and efficiency through continuous optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Participate in incident response and postmortem analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor infrastructure and application uptime to ensure functional performance objectives are met.
• Build platforms that accelerate reliability, scalability, and velocity for engineering teams.
• Provide operational support for Continuous Feedback and Event Analytics platforms.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in Linux orchestration and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with object-oriented programming and configuration management.
• Knowledge of service mesh architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Ansible, Nginx, and Elasticsearch.
• Ability to work with GoLang, Python, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Cross-functional knowledge of systems, storage, networking, security, and databases.
• Background in software engineering and enterprise operations support.
